Defective ski warranty not honoured Purchased 2023 Line Chromic Ski's. After 3 weeks of use (5-6 times) the top sheet started seperating from the ski. Line's Warranty states "Delaminating of topsheet" is covered. Evo claimed this is topsheet chipping and is not honouring the warranty. Pursuing other support avenues (Line direct, Credit Card)

I wish the duty fees weren't so high I wish the duty fees weren't so high. Maybe evo will get a Canadian warehouse one day. Great selection and sales though! Thanks :)

Be aware , fraudulent activity There is no any policy ,all rules and policy's were violated , customers service on phone very negative and talking with customers as a borrowers . Returned items, never get refund , send them every proof they requested , but never get back from them !Dispute transaction and won! Be aware

Only great experiences at Evo I've only ever had great experiences with Evo. From the Portland store where I outfitted most of my new gear last year (boots, helmet, goggles), to the online customer service that just helped me pick out a new board, Evo is beyond trusted by me and my friends and just loved. Joshua C from the phone customer service line was just so helpful, nice, and got me full of stoke! Thanks for being a solid place to spend lots of $$ but feel great about it.
