GB17 days since order - nothing! 17 days since order, no product, no tracking. Check status on website, nothing. Call and automated voice says wait time is 3 minutes, then 5, then 10 (how does it keep going up?). Chat and automated response says "swift response", leave chat up and 3+ hours later no response. Sent email and no response yet. Ordered from Backcountry, Moosejaw and REI on same or later dates and have all my stuff, even returned and received replacement from one. Order from those companies, not evo.

GBDon't bother with their price matching If you find a great price somewhere just jump on it and DON'T submit a price match request to these people. If it is too low for their taste they will simply come up with silly excuses as to why they can't meet or beat said price, and in the the meantime, while you've been waiting for them to respond, the item you wanted will sell out at that great price from the original vendor, leaving you totally out of luck. Guess how I know this...

GBGreat customer service Called to order a ski jacket since it had a promo code that wasn't working on the website. The customer service rep I spoke with was awesome-- she was super nice, easy to order with, and honored the code for me, I was impressed with the service. Looking forward to receiving the jacket and will review the product itself then!

GBExcellent service and product EVO was our third card provider over the course of 7 years and the only positive one. Our previous suppliers were misleading on cost and functionality leaving us out of pocket and tied into contracts we didn't want. EVO we're completely different, the rates and monthly costs were exactly as promised and on the rare few occasions I need to speak to thier technical support they were responsive and helpful. They even worked with our epos and web supplier to integrate payments. Would 100% recommend.
