My bike was incredibly well-made and easy to assemble… It took me less than an hour to put it together and I was riding in no time. I highly recommend purchasing as well as utilizing customer service for your support as you put your bike together. They are excellent in helping you achieve success!

Steer Clear. Zero Customer Service Contacts. I wish I'd come here before shopping with this company. My experience seems mild in comparison, honestly. Ordered a bike a week ago, and have received no updates. There is zero way to reach this company. Email will come back with an error about a full inbox. Tried their email form on their site, which I would imagine hits the same full inbox (no response). I'll be disputing the payment with my bank if I don't hear back on the two week mark. Feel like that's pretty generous.

Great Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and I was riding in less than 30 minutes! I love my new Firmstrong Bruiser

Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach… Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach Cruiser. Initially bought it so I can use it on the beach at Siesta Key in Florida for the month we stay there in February/March. Now that I’m home back in Connecticut, I find myself finding trails(pavement) in my immediate area that I ride quite often. It’s low maintenance , and suits all my needs to relax and exercise .
