There aren't any instructions in the… There aren't any instructions in the box. Its mostly straightforward to assemble until you get to the part of adding the fenders. Then there is a box of bolts with no instructions. No PDF online to download, can sort of find videos of assembly but not of the specific bike, just on how to assemble the men's bike.

Great Bike and Great Service I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time. When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and I was riding in less than 30 minutes! I love my new Firmstrong Bruiser

2 months later - still don't have all the bike parts and ZERO communications I ordered my wife a bike for her Birthday in March. Almost two months later I have a collection of bike parts that do not add up to a Bike. I understand there are challenges with COVID, but there's no excuse for never getting back to customers who have paid for your product and have part of it delivered. There's no excuse for having a phone number listed that doesn't work. Clearly this company over-extended itself in an effort to capitalize on the higher demand for bikes that this virus has brought and is not able or willing to fulfill the orders that have been placed. The lack of communication is the worst part.

Love This Bike The sale. Tge ease of ordering. The prompt shipment. Packaged well. My husband easily put it together. The color is wonderful. The ride is sublime.

I ordered my bike early in the… I ordered my bike early in the pandemic, and it took months to receive it. That said, I received regular email updates from Firmstrong advising of COVID-related delays with their manufacturers, etc, all of which I thought was understandable and I chose not to cancel my order and wait it out. When I finally received the bike, it was easy to assemble and in great condition. I'm really happy with it and glad I held out.
