GBLove my Bellicon! I ordered the 39" and quickly realized wanted the next size up as needed more room plus would give a softer bounce. Called customer service and representative arranged to have 39" picked up and new rebounder delivered at no extra cost except $100 more that the 44" rebounder cost! Great customer service! Really enjoying this rebounder so much more than previous other rebounders I've owned in the past Thank you!

GBMy second rebounder I just received my second rebounder, purchased because I wanted a quality product. I use my larger bellicon downstairs in my workout area to warm up and for various workouts. I use my new smaller bellicon upstairs for jogging inside or outside while watching tv or listening to tunes. I am over 60 and appreciate being active and safe with the quality of the bellicon rebounder. My body thanks you.

GBBellicon the Company Does Not Care About You If there was ANYWAY to leave a zero star review for Bellicon, I would. Buyer Beware dealing with this company. They are unresponsive to contacts and inquiries, and it's impossible to get a live person on the phone. I had my heart set on a Bellicon and saved for 2-years to make the purchase. Ordered the top of the line trampoline during their bogus Black Friday sale and 4-weeks later, after paying in full, nothing. No rebounder, no estimated shipping date, no response to my inquiries, nothing. Ugh. . . .what a complete and utter disappointment. Please, if you care at all about how you are treated as a consumer, don't deal with this company. They don't care about you, or their reputation.

IENot delivered - terrible customer care I would give Zero stars if it was an option!! I purchased their expensive product and got notice that it was our for delivery. After waiting more than the normal delivery time I checked the tracking only to see that it was marked as Delivered and signed for in a totally different county. I tried emailing and got no reply so tried a different email address and was replied to telling me that the order was delivered and 'did I know Micheal?maybe he's a neighbour'!! It was signed for in a different county! I explained this to the representative and forwarded a copy of my invice with the address. In a following email I wadls then told the driver remembered the delivery and 'do you know the shop born in the shopping centre?'!!! My name and address was clearly printed on my invoice. I still have not had a solution after paying full price for this product. It is an issue with their delivery company but their customer care has been awful trying to sort the problem.
