GBI selected and purchased baseball pants, Frank sent me the wrong pants. I selected and order a pair of baseball pants. Your business sent me the wrong pair of pants. I called Frank, left a message,your business did not return a call. It is very difficult to reached customer service. I want to return this item so you can give me the pants that I selected. How can you correct this mistake?

GBGreat product! Great product! Happy I was able to avoid Amazon! Only gripe I have is the lack of shipment tracking (porch pirates love stealing packages in my area), but this wasn't promised when I ordered, and I ordered knowing that, so I don't think such a complaint warrants the subtraction of a star.

GBFrank's knows what Customer service is… Frank's knows what Customer service is all about . I wanted to order a hat , but due to certain conditions it looked like I might've had to go down to visit the storefront in order to get it , after an email with some identification sent down they were able to save me a trip down. The hat is really good quality, embroidered perfectly and looks great . Thank you Frank's
