I’m afraid that the choice in shipping… I’m afraid that the choice in shipping companies has turned this into a terrible experience for me. UPS has lost my package and their customer service is horrible. The package was tracked to a local facility but I can’t attempt to retrieve it myself until they have made an attempt to deliver it. It’s been “processing “ for 3 days. I can’t request any investigation because that must be done by the shipper. That’s your responsibility and I sent your representative an email explaining the situation and have not received any response. I’m really hoping to get this resolved soon. Help!

Awesome customer service Awesome customer service. Since it is not a part they carry, Greg (customer rep) has reached out to the manufacturer to get the part that broke during shipping. I have not seen this type of good customer service in a while; I believed it was a thing of the past.
