I’m afraid that the choice in shipping… I’m afraid that the choice in shipping companies has turned this into a terrible experience for me. UPS has lost my package and their customer service is horrible. The package was tracked to a local facility but I can’t attempt to retrieve it myself until they have made an attempt to deliver it. It’s been “processing “ for 3 days. I can’t request any investigation because that must be done by the shipper. That’s your responsibility and I sent your representative an email explaining the situation and have not received any response. I’m really hoping to get this resolved soon. Help!

I like that you can keep items to purchase in a cart while you await any back ordered item to become available. I was kept informed of my delivery date and even time… so porch pirates don’t steal my items!
