I really like the Project List in the members section, It makes it a lot easier to keep track when ordering multiple parts or if you have more than 1 project your ordering for. Matt knew the product line(s) and answered my question and then completed the order over the phone. Order shipped that day and arrived on time (2 business days from WI to FL). GBHad hard to find tires. Easily corrected my error when I requested in-store pick up. They had Gatorskin Hardshells in 27 inch size. Got them in 2 or 3 days without paying for premium shipping. When I saw on my receipt that I had indicated in-store pickup, it was easily corrected with a phone call.
