Great customer service but long wait for products First I want everyone who orders to understand it takes over a month to receive your purchase. I received 2 quilts and one was not sewn together right. I contacted customer service was given 2 options 20% back or a new replacement item. These where gifts I choose the replacement item. They resent it and the quilt was perfect. Customer service kept in-touch through emails the whole time. I will order from them again because they handled everything perfect to make sure I received the product I purchased. I am giving 3 stars because the wait time was long it’s 30 days from purchase date before even mailed out. I think that should be somewhere on the site to understand that before purchasing.

Bedspread is beautiful Bedspread is beautiful, although there were many loose threads in the quilting stitching. Pillow shams would be better with black backing instead of white. But over all I am happy with my selection.

Great company to deal with as l sent a message asking when my item would be shipped and they got straight back to me and got it sorted for me. Just wish the postage time was a bit quicker and they had more designs of camping wine tumblers that you can add a name and also tigers, meerkats, and Lilly flowers and other flowers that you could add a name too also. There are some beautiful designs but more would be good.
