I purchased the 2 in 1 stun gun but… I purchased the 2 in 1 stun gun but there were no instructions that came with the product. I emailed the company and they emailed me the instructions which were very helpful plus there’s a YouTube video that someone posted reviewing the product. I’ve never owned a stun gun with the launchers before and so far I really like it. I hope that it’s super effective when the time comes for me to use it lol

Gunner Gear customer support are awesome!!! I recently made purchase on the Gunner Gear website, the next day I saw the same item on ebay that was considerably priced lower. I emailed Wintney at Gunner Gear customer support with the info I got on ebay. Witney told me to just return my items for a full refund if that was what I chose to do. It was to be a what I consider a decent savings for this item. Anyway I'm taking her up on her offer to return my purchase. What a refreshing experience to receive customer support at this level. Extremely Satisfied Customer!!!… I initially bought one of the Automatic Knives (Switch Blade) and only planned on buying one. However, I was so impressed with the quality of the knife, I went back and bought the larger Black Widow, and another smaller knife, both automatic. When I received them I had a concern with one and had to contact customer service and they replied quickly and orovided a link to a video that resolved my problem! Will I deal with them again?!?! The answer is, ABSOLUTELY!!!

I was not getting my product to work I was not getting my product to work. I sent an email to the gunner support team and within a few hours I was notified. I was given the opportunity to view a video and watch a link which was on my email as a response to a solution to my problem and yes my problem was instantly resolved.
