Gunner Gear customer support are awesome!!! I recently made purchase on the Gunner Gear website, the next day I saw the same item on ebay that was considerably priced lower. I emailed Wintney at Gunner Gear customer support with the info I got on ebay. Witney told me to just return my items for a full refund if that was what I chose to do. It was to be a what I consider a decent savings for this item. Anyway I'm taking her up on her offer to return my purchase. What a refreshing experience to receive customer support at this level. I will definitely be a future customer for my firearm needs. Thank you Witney for your stellar service.

Gunner Gear Hi, I just received from Gunner Gear a stun gun. It is amazing, they have safety precautions built in. I thought It looked good and was described well enough for me to purchase. one. Well, when I received it and finally got to charge it and check it out, it blew away my expectations, I spend thousands on spy gear and self-defense products. I am an expert in hand-to-hand close-quarter combat, I teach self-defense, which is highly in need right now in these unsettling times. And Gunner Gear the company and the products will beat your expectations. I recommend them and their products. I come from a long line of Military and a Police family. NOT WHAT I WAS ORDERING Edit: They responded quickly and were apologetic to the situation. They stopped the order and refunded the charges. I went and authorized $8.95 x2 for shipping of 2 free knives. When I submitted the payment, the 2 knives were not there but instead 2 other knives for $49 and $47 along with the $4.95 protection, which I declined. I sent an email to cancel this order since it was incorrect but no response. I will be contacting my bank to file this as unauthorized.

FRAUD I received a fraud alert from my credit card company regarding a charge to Gunner Gear. I reported the charge as fraudulent as I have never heard of this company/website. I then received an email with an order number from Gunner Gear. I called multiple times, the number is a bogus recording that will not allow you to reach a person. I have emailed them regarding the number being fraudulent but have also disputed with credit card company. I believe someone at the company is responsible for the theft of my cc number. EDIT: This website claims to have no info but I have emailed them directly with zero response.
