Extremely Satisfied Customer!!!… I initially bought one of the Automatic Knives (Switch Blade) and only planned on buying one. However, I was so impressed with the quality of the knife, I went back and bought the larger Black Widow, and another smaller knife, both automatic. When I received them I had a concern with one and had to contact customer service and they replied quickly and orovided a link to a video that resolved my problem! Will I deal with them again?!?! The answer is, ABSOLUTELY!!!

We have been using Gunner Gear products… We have been using Gunner Gear products for the past few years up at our military boarding home, during deployment/animal rescue at 9400ft in altitude in the Rocky Mountains. Have had no issues with anything we have purchased before, rugged wilderness tested/approved and fast customer service!

Great Customer Service I ordered three scopes and one of them had a battery cap that resisted all attempts to open. Contacted customer service and they immediately offered to return and replace the scope. Even sent a prepaid return label. Customer service has become a sore point with many buyers and this kind of service is a pleasure to see.
