Stun gun email help I want to let anyone know Gunner Gear is LEGIT ! Ordered a stun gun, got it in a timely manner. Took out of box and charged it overnight. Next day tried to work it but it didn't work. Contacted GG thru email about the problem and within 5 min received an email telling me how to fix it and a video showing me how. I've had an awesome experience with GG. Thanks !!!

Great Customer Service I ordered three scopes and one of them had a battery cap that resisted all attempts to open. Contacted customer service and they immediately offered to return and replace the scope. Even sent a prepaid return label. Customer service has become a sore point with many buyers and this kind of service is a pleasure to see.

Gunner Gear customer support are awesome!!! I recently made purchase on the Gunner Gear website, the next day I saw the same item on ebay that was considerably priced lower. I emailed Wintney at Gunner Gear customer support with the info I got on ebay. Witney told me to just return my items for a full refund if that was what I chose to do. It was to be a what I consider a decent savings for this item. Anyway I'm taking her up on her offer to return my purchase. What a refreshing experience to receive customer support at this level.
