A1 customer service , shipping and product I kept in constant contact with a rep named Ken. There was a USPS tracking issue but not muscle ropes fault. Came quicker than expected. The upgraded the shipping for free because product was back ordered. Got my product and it's kicking my butt. Lol

Simply Outstanding I've had the perfect experience with muscle ropes and there's not one thing I have an issue with. The product is absolutely amazing! I own the 50foot 1.5 cyclone and the heavy jump rope. Love them both! Their order processing and shipping is top notch. Very quick! Would recommend muscle ropes to anyone!

Great Customer Service. I absolutely love this rope, ideal for women, and men alike.. Being as I am a mature woman, I have no problem using this rope. The color is amazing and the handles are perfect for handling whilst using it. One thing that stood out for me, I ordered the rope via telephone and the young man who took my order was so helpful, explaining and answering all questions I asked him. in such a way I felt like I was talking to a friend. .Nice trait to have. Can't beat great customer service!! What more can I say. Thanks for a great experience

Lightning Muscle Rope I have been looking for a lighter Muscle Rope for the women I train. The Lightning rope is a perfect addition to my training. I do wish it was a bit heavier, but overall it works perfectly. I will look at Muscle Rope again when I am ready to order again.
