Communications were effective and in very clear English. Despatch inevitably not overnight but conducted well by German and UK carriers- a longer distance after all. Some delay and charge with VAT at UK end but next day delivery once paid. The product price was good and once UK VAT was paid was still competitive. Packaging and product condition fine. 'Got wheels that are hard to find in UK- comparable price. All good.
