GBAwesome scooter; questionable QA Awesome scooter and great customer service. Questionable quality control. Unfortunately, my scooter shipped with screws holding the collar and the handle bars to the frame that were too small causing them to strip after 3 months of very light use (failing on the second day of a two week vacation with my 10 year old daughter). Could have been serious if they failed at speed. Luckily customer service was quick to acknowledge the error and approve the repair (nothing could be done for my vacation, though). It came back repaired in short order. Customer service follow up has also been incredibly impressive.

GBhappy enough to be the owner of 3… I am happy enough to be the owner of 3 Xootr for the family. overall good built. I had only few improvements: - 2 weeks after i received an old model xootr introduced the new unlock mechanism. I wish i was being informed of my options at that time. - an old model is making noise on the back wheel when the weight is moving from one side to the other - no mechanism to absorb the bad city roads...

GBGreat customer service Hands down an excellent experience. I sent our Xootr in for repair (which it earned during rugged use on the streets of Brooklyn NY) and got it back in remarkably short time. Their communications were straight forward and efficient. Only the best things to say. Steve C.

GBI LOVE MY XOOTR The Xootr MG was my first adult kickscooter. I also own a Micro Suspension kickscooter. While the Micro is well built, it is a bit heavier. I favor the Xootr because it's lighter and is a bit faster. I'll say, truthfully, that I grew tired of the wide, noisy magnesium deck. So I fashioned my own lighter, narrower and quieter deck made from a birch ply used for making residential kitchen cabinets. This took my xootr to a new level and I find it even more enjoyable to ride. I'm 69 and I dig riding a kickscooter.
