We had some back and forth status emails as FS worked through parts shortages arising from Nautilus selling the Octane business to TRUE last year, but FS bent over backwards to get this unit delivered in flawless condition. First elliptical workout since COVID closed the gyms a year ago—my thighs are screaming, but I couldn't be happier.

What a great machine! What a great machine. This gym does virtually anything you can do in an actual gym. The gym arrived on time, it was packaged well and it took me about 5 hours to fully assemble. I had a few scratches from assembly and the manufacturer shipped me free touch up paint without hesitation. Great service, great products, and great overall experience.

The driver negotiated a remote access very well. The delivery team took great care in setting up the treadmill to make sure it was right. We could not tell it was a refurbished machine since it looks and operates like new.
