This info has helped me inspect and deal with my damaged SUP. Route has reach out to me and will cover my replacement. It'll be coming from Washington state according to Jesse. That shipping insurance thing that defaults onto orders and if you’re not paying attention you get I forget what it was digged for 10 or 15 bucks feels scamming. It was also not super exciting to have to reach out and ask where my order was after a couple of weeks. After waiting patiently for a couple weeks and then emailing all I got back was “your has shipped.” I get it people make mistakes orders get overlooked . Sorry we screwed up. Sorry it was backordered. We’re going to cover your shipping fees. That’s what I do in my business when we make a mistake. Oh, and you had a discontinued item on your website and getting that swapped out for what you did have was kind of a pain but again it happens. I can’t promise that I will be ordering again.
