GBPoor fulfillment process and credit card was charged. I purchased a kayak seat only to get a cancellation email 6 days later that item was not available! In this day and age, their inventory system should not sell and charge a consumer's credit card if there is not sufficient supply. 6 days is too long to hold onto $$ and is an inconvenience. The company did issue a refund and apology on the 6th day after initial order.

GBCall or chat for best experience! Nice folks, but website is not kept current so just assume there are probably inaccuracies in stock, availability and size etc. It’s probably best to call or chat before placing any order! Otherwise, great!
