GBI have sent 2 emails about a defective… I have sent 2 emails about a defective unit and no response. I purchased this cart in December and immediately the remote was defective (they fixed it) after 2 rounds the cart broke (sent in for repair and received). Again the unit worked for 2 rounds and is not following again. No response from the customer service team about this issue.

GBOrdered XIX wheel replacement kit Ordered XIX wheel replacement kit. Received on time. New back wheels worked fine and easy install. Front wheels don’t fit. Watched video on installation but my axle diameter is a little to big and bearings will not go on axle. Waiting for repair technician to return to work so I can send to Stewart Golf USA for diagnosis and repair. When that happens I will do rating.

The QFollow is a great trolly and made better by the company who stands behind it with great customer service! I would recommend the QFollow to anyone seeking a electric trolly with follow capability!
