EBC Model R The customer support at Electric Bike Company is great. After ordering my Model R online, I had to contact EBC a couple times with a few questions. I talked with a sales representative as well as using the online chat. They solved my issues quickly and provided updates along the way. The Model R is super comfortable and solidly built. It’s a smooth riding cruiser that looks awesome. Exceptional quality for a fair price. This is my fourth e-bike and definitely my favorite!

Sweet, Smooth Ride! My new model S from the Electric Bike Company rides like a dream! My husband and I have had a great time exploring further distances on beautiful trails. It was fun to custom design my bike with cute colors; I've had several compliments while out biking. Looking forward to many trips with my new ride!

Magic moments ahead! The delivery, setup, and riding experience have all been beyond wonderful. First I want to say ordering was a breeze and after debating for a while, it was worth pulling the trigger. Second, the delivery was prompt and came in packaging that was easy to take off. Setting it up was easy, the instructions were very clear. Finally, having a larger body this is fantastic! Easy on the knees when riding and extremely comfortable seat with ability to adjust many angles to fit my body. I cannot recommend this more! (Bonus, it's lighter than most other ebikes I've done research on, but still very sturdy) I cannot wait to take her camping, around town, and everywhere else with me!

2 years in and still great on the 2… 2 years in and still great on the 2 Model S bikes we have!!! Service has been fantastic, always get answers in a timely fashion! Ther is a large Facebook presence of owners also out there to share everything from ride advice to service and technical questions! Over the last few years have had friends and family purchase based upon research and our experience, dont let the cruiser look fool you into thinking these are just slow moving bikes! they haul butt, have great battery life, many, many options and again a very competent service and support group!! It has been great to see them introduce new models and options over the past few years, they keep trying to improve and innovate!

Model A I’ve had my model A for a month now and am absolutely happy with it…the shipping was top tier and was delivered in the time window that they gave plus the build quality is premium and also I called them once about the shipping and they responded quickly…so overall I give E.B.C an A+
