Works great, looks great, made in America! Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. Assembly was as expected... I'm not especially skilled with mechanical things but had no trouble putting it together. Best of all, it provides a great workout and is American made with high quality parts and appearance.

Disappointed 1. Packing was very poor, although there was no apparent damage. 2. New tank key brackets were not provided (or expected). However, a screw holding the old right bracket was nearly impossible to remove, because one of the nuts was not glued to the wooden bottom deck. 3. Something knocks once during the stroke recovery. Gone is quiet rowing. Edit: After several hours of rowing, the knock has disappeared.

Squeaks and monitor malfunction fixed! My WaterRower was squeaking offensively and the S4 monitor malfunctioning after about 10 minutes of rowing. The service desk at WaterRower was patient in the back and forth helping me diagnose the problem. They prescribed the correct parts (sensor and sensor disk) and gave me links to be able to order them. Everything went as flawlessly as you could want and my WaterRower is perforning without any glitches. Now the only issue is my performance as a rower!!

Ergatta does not support uk Bought the Ergatta add on kit and subscribed to the service. The usp for me was the gamification aspect of the Ergatta service, specifically the opportunity to have real time live races online with other users. However post-purchase I’ve discovered that the live races only happen in EDT timezone. This is middle of the night in the uk, so of no use to anyone in the uk. The rower itself is great, but on the basis that I feel I’ve been mis-sold the Ergatta kit and subscription service, I have no option but to mark it down.

The Rower - I've used a magnetic rower for a number of years and find the WaterRower to be much more effective in helping me increase intensity through minor positioning adjustments as well as a decent size monitor that can be read easily and provides all the detail I need. 5. WaterRower TV - wish I could get it on my 65" Roku TV but on my iPAD I get a wide range of work outs while going down a river. Which, when added to music really improves my workout. There are also workouts for swimming, running, and biking on this app. 6. Thoughtful staff - I ordered something I didn't need and they reached out to confirm and explain. Saved over $100 right there.
