Every time I order a product from you… Every time I order a product from you it takes at least two weeks from ordering it to receiving it. Additionally, when I have tried to call almost always nothing but a voicemail to leave a message. I have ordered a lot of products from Hinterland but I am leaning to go elsewhere now!

10 out of 5 Stars Very fast and product was as expected. Was unable to talk to any dept. by phone, always went to voicemail. Didn't try email, still very efficient process. All in all, 10 out of 5 Stars.

Great place for reloading supplies. Great prices on reloading supplies, timely shipping when using their bulk rate shipping. Nice variety of brands. Now my #1 go to, replacing Midway increasing prices and higher shipping cost. Keep up the good work.

Ordered my Lwrc Ic-a5 patriot brown… Ordered my Lwrc Ic-a5 patriot brown 14.7 Rifle Friday afternoon at work it shipped Monday picked it up on Thursday the Rifle is perfect very happy with my purchase Highly recommend hinterland outfitters.

Not really impressed.. Not really impressed... Ordered some items online Apr 9th which said "in stock, usually ships in 5-7 days". The website still says this BTW. Well here we are 18 days later and still no products. I called them a week ago and they gave me some lip service and said it would ship immediately, but apparently all that did was get someone to generate a Tracking# to enter into the system as the Tracking Number does not actually track anything and all subsequent calls to get ANYONE on the phone end up in voice mail jail.
