GBNot really impressed.. Not really impressed... Ordered some items online Apr 9th which said "in stock, usually ships in 5-7 days". The website still says this BTW. Well here we are 18 days later and still no products. I called them a week ago and they gave me some lip service and said it would ship immediately, but apparently all that did was get someone to generate a Tracking# to enter into the system as the Tracking Number does not actually track anything and all subsequent calls to get ANYONE on the phone end up in voice mail jail.

GBEvery time I order a product from you… Every time I order a product from you it takes at least two weeks from ordering it to receiving it. Additionally, when I have tried to call almost always nothing but a voicemail to leave a message. I have ordered a lot of products from Hinterland but I am leaning to go elsewhere now!
