Stellar customer service!! I ordered two Giro helmets for my wife and me to ride our new mountain bikes. We received the two helmets five days later. We both tried on our helmets, and mines fit perfectly, but my wife did not. I went back and reviewed my order and realized I had ordered the wrong-sized helmet for her. Being on the west coast, I immediately sent an email so someone would receive it the following day. Jeff replied to my email that morning, which I was very impressed with because I figured it would take two, maybe three days, before I would hear something back. He set everything up for an exchange. I received the return label by noon and dropped the package off at USPS an hour later. A few days later, I got confirmation that my wife's helmet was shipped, and we will receive it soon. Excellent customer service and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
