He sent me a shipping label to get the shoes back and then I was generous and gave me a discount on the shoes that I ordered in a different size. GBI just bought a $260 racquet… There was a price drop on a rather expensive racquet two days after I purchased it. I wrote to customer service not really expecting them to do anything, but just to let them know how I felt about it. They responded in fewer than 18 hours with a refund to match the new sale price. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend them.

GBI haven’t got my shoes yet I haven’t got my shoes yet. I was redirected to UPS and filled out my name , address, and e.mail. Then they wanted my credit card information!!! To Hell with that it’s already been seen on my credit card statement. I don’t know why they wanted my credit card card information but they’ll never get a penny from me.
