Attentive Staff I spoke by phone with several salepersons from Alpenglow concerning a return (didn't like design of product) and they were all extremely helpful. Somehow I had neglected to enclose a return slip while packing the return but Nate went out of his way to facilitate the return process. Will be returning to alpenglowgear.com again for whenever my camping/outdoor gear needs may arise.

First Purchase from this Seller This was my first experience with Alpenglow. I felt they were very responsive to my correspondences with them. When the gloves did arrive, they were as advertised. My only tick off the star list not making it a perfect experience, was the delay in getting the gloves out to me. That may have been an anomaly. This will not discourage me in looking at them again for other gear.
