First Purchase from this Seller This was my first experience with Alpenglow. I felt they were very responsive to my correspondences with them. When the gloves did arrive, they were as advertised. My only tick off the star list not making it a perfect experience, was the delay in getting the gloves out to me. That may have been an anomaly. This will not discourage me in looking at them again for other gear.

Slow shipping, low inventory, terrible UI Shipping time was slow (2 weeks to receive), and the website is simply unusable. I've never seen a less usable search feature, and the item tagging is super inconsistent and not helpful (e.g.: when searching for a headlamp, using the tag "bright" returns a bunch of things that aren't related to headlamps). Consequently, your only real option to find what your looking for is to scroll through their entire inventory. I would give 1 star except they're a small business and likely don't have a ton of money to invest in technology, and because despite the terrible website they gave a 40% discount coupon which "saved" me money on gear I would not otherwise have purchased.
