Finally So I ordered three items, they took a very long time to get here because one of the items was back ordered so they delayed the whole order. I recived a fanny pack that was molded, and emailed them and within a week I had been mailed a new one and a wonderland bracelet. Once all was cleared up I was very happy.

Very helpful customer staff I had to work out with Eleonora an order to Canada. She was really helpful and I am glad I was speaking with her. Make sure you are clear with your order as there are so many items they sell! Also, make sure you ask for their size chart, as I bought their XS shirts and I usually wear M sized shirts. Other than that, they are very flexible with shipping and they delivered my order faster than expected. Oh, and the shirts are awesome!

12/10 It was my first time using RaverSwag and most certainly won't be the last. The website was very organized and I found everything I was looking for as well as discovered a few things I didn't know existed. I even had the pleasure of speaking with one of the staff whom addressed me about the particular item I ordered. He was very courteous, helpful and quick to respond. Upon receiving my new " raver swag" everything was in working order and there was all kinds of included goodies!!
