Cheap clothes My wife ordered a pair of shorts and when they arrived we realized they were of very poor quality and when we proceed to return they denied to refund us due to packing was destroyed, when i hear packing i imagine a nice wrapping or something kind of quality bag not a simple zip lock cheap plastic bag that you have yo tear when you first open it....now i ended up with a pair of cheap shorts that i paid $35 dollars with no use for them....very poor customer service.....will never order from them again!!!

Very fast shipping Very quick shipping, especially during the holiday season. The item arrived well packed and the package said "shipped with love", which was a nice touch. :)

Very helpful customer staff I had to work out with Eleonora an order to Canada. She was really helpful and I am glad I was speaking with her. Make sure you are clear with your order as there are so many items they sell! Also, make sure you ask for their size chart, as I bought their XS shirts and I usually wear M sized shirts. Other than that, they are very flexible with shipping and they delivered my order faster than expected. Oh, and the shirts are awesome!

12/10 It was my first time using RaverSwag and most certainly won't be the last. The website was very organized and I found everything I was looking for as well as discovered a few things I didn't know existed. I even had the pleasure of speaking with one of the staff whom addressed me about the particular item I ordered. He was very courteous, helpful and quick to respond. Upon receiving my new " raver swag" everything was in working order and there was all kinds of included goodies!! This just really made me feel like this was a genuine, down to earth company that isn't just trying to take money from us faceless internet shoppers but provide an outlet for improving our over all experience as we thrust ourselves out into the raving lifestyle and beyond.

Amazing I ordered a bodysuit from here, and unfortunately it didn't fit me, so I had to return it. They emailed me back right away with instructions on how to return the item. The customer service is awesome, and I'm still amazed how fast they respond to their customers via email.
