GBFirst night used and it’s CRACKED!!! I just bought a ball and it’s cracked first night,but I can’t return It BECAUSE ITS DRILLED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has to be a manufacture defect!!! First night i use it IT CRACKS! I’m super upset

GBI came into the pro shop with my friend… I came into the pro shop with my friend to buy him a bowling ball as a Christmas gift. My friend bowls as a hobby and has never owned his own ball so I thought it would be the perfect gift. We both didn’t understand the process of how to choose a ball but Todd helped us out so much. GBBeware false marketing offers Beware false marketing offers. Upon landing on the BowlersMart website I was presented with a 5% off promotion for my first order for signing up to receive email and text offers. I agreed and received a promotional code to enter for my purchase. After I entered all the purchase, shipping, and payment data I entered the promotional code for the promised discount. The code was rejected for the purchase as the item chosen was apparently ineligible. I performed the requested action of agreeing to be contacted for future offers. BowlerMart did not fulfill or perform as advertised. Poor first time customer experience
