My Husband and I visited the Santa Fe Casino BowlersMart Store and we spoke with Makenzie the Assistant Manager who very knowledgeable and attentive in helping me pick out my Husband's Father's Day Gift, he was very surprised. GBBeware false marketing offers Beware false marketing offers. Upon landing on the BowlersMart website I was presented with a 5% off promotion for my first order for signing up to receive email and text offers. I agreed and received a promotional code to enter for my purchase. After I entered all the purchase, shipping, and payment data I entered the promotional code for the promised discount. The code was rejected for the purchase as the item chosen was apparently ineligible. I performed the requested action of agreeing to be contacted for future offers. BowlerMart did not fulfill or perform as advertised. Poor first time customer experience

GBVery fast shipping, great selection Ordered a 3 ball bag and a new spare ball, bag was to me lightning fast, expected 3 to 4 weeks for the USMC ball and was to me in a week... very happy with both items and extremely happy with the lightning quick shipping, would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for bowling gear.

GBBest online customer service EVER!!! What a great place to do business. So I ordered the wrong size shoes and when try to exchange them I press return. So I emailed this company and got a return email within 15 minutes with a shipping label attached. I shipped them and my new order was back in a week. Bowler Mart knows how to do business. Shoes fit perfect. I highly highly recommend this company.
