Just awful Just awful. Paid a lot (my fault). Communication awful from person who was meant to deliver. Messed us around saying he’d meet us one place then texted another. and gave us unbelievably bad view tickets after paying top price. Absolutely never again with hotfootball tickets. Not worth it what’s so ever. You are totally in the hands of the seller and the fortune they make. Huge regret.

No Tickets received Booked tickets for Man U vs Arsenal match, all PAYMENTS MADE, flew into Manchester...BUT..., No delivery of match ticket to my hotel of stay, been checkin vit d hotle reception since the otherday on delivery but d reply has always been a big NO, though i was told that d tickets will be delivered d day before d match by 22hrs., No tel # to contact these guys, no email reponds although 2 to 3 mails have been send.. No email reply,,no customer service..no follow up possible..also no tracking and delivery details possible

Be aware. Terrible customer service Be aware. Online chat on website is terrible, useless. Phone numer provided by website, good luck, no answer for days, u can't leave emergency message on as voicemail is full. No response to emails. Spend over £450 for champions league tickets and one day b4 game still haven't got tickets. Never again

Massive Scam My dad bought some tickets from this website for a Southampton vs Man Utd game. Tickets are massive marked up, which wasn't the biggest issue except for the fact that it was expected to arrive via post. Turns out we had to print out the tickets. On further examination the tickets had two random names on, of which seems like someone could've duplicated and sold multiple "tickets" for the same spot. The fact that the website domain was registered in panama also sends off several alarms as well. This website is a way to exploit older folk and those who aren't tech savvy to realise this is a scam.

Total and utter bunch of irresponsible… Total and utter bunch of irresponsible thieving dishonest money grabbing jokers. Bought tickets for arsenal match that was played behind closed doors in lockdown. They have taken 4 months to respond and finally told me I had no chance of getting a refund so needed to speak to my bank. I mean, are you actually having a laugh?? You took my money. Where is it? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! You will be able to get match tickets through much better avenues and agencies.
