Great I thought I would leave a review as after coming across all these bad reviews after ordering from chelsea megastore I was so worried about my purchase! I ordered a personalised kit on the Monday and after not receiving a dispatch email by the Friday and stumbling across the reviews on this site I was panicking as it did not look likely I was going to receive my order in time for my sons birthday….. I emailed customer services and i phoned them as I was unsure if I’d get a reply via email. I got straight through on the phone no problem and was told my order was currently being personalised and it would be sent out ASAP, I also later got a reply from my email stating the same. That evening I had my dispatch email and it has just arrived perfectly today (Monday) morning. So 7 days from order to delivery for 2 personalised items. Perfect 👌🏻

only feedback I would give only feedback I would give, when purchasing a shirt with name and number to be printed it would be good to be able to pay for other iffms at the same time rather than queue up again downstairs...

Great time at Chelsea area of London and at Chelsea matches … Great shirts and arrived in time before we left for London. We went to 2 Chelsea matches. The champions league semi against Real Madrid and a premier league match against Brentford. We bought more Chelsea gear at Stamford Bridge.

Search filters Search filters seemed to exclude things I would have thought should have been included. When I would try a different search the items were there. Maybe I just categorize things differently in my head!

great experience such a great website. delivery may just be 1-3 days later due to restock or maybe i ordered it too late in the week. but very good store. Some of my kits even came earlier!
