GBExcellent Customer Service Experience Placed an order and quickly realized I forgot to add an item. Reached out to customer service and QUICKLY got a response. Since I ordered through Facebook I was told I would need to order the additional item from the website and they would refund me the shipping. I did and very soon after I got an email from Kristy (who was awesome) saying they were able to include all the items in one package, it was on its way, and she refunded me the shipping from second purchase. Phenomenal experience and I will be ordering from them again and again and again….

MCBrilliant ! Brilliant !! Ordered shirts for recent game in South of France - was worried re trans-Atlantic delivery. No problem. Asked questions of Customer Service - very responsive and helpful. All arrived spick and span. Will re-order and use again.

It is extremely disappointing service. Asked for a phone call to discuss it - did not happen. Please do not waste your time with them, there are plenty of other options.

FRMy second order with these guys My second order with these guys. Sent my Dad an All Blacks Cap for his birthday. Arrived two days earlier than Kristy said it would. Sort of ruined the surprise for Dad which is why I dinged them a star. But cap is authentic adidas and Dad loves it. Wearing it every day. Highly recommend World Rugby. Well done. Keep up the good work.

FRLost package, stolen items, no response Order 4 tops to wear to a semi-final - package was opened, and items were missing, so we refused delivery at the advice of the postal service. Contacted customer support; after 1 initial response, we've heard nothing. We leave for Paris in 2 days and have no top and no refund. How on earth this is acceptable for the official shop is beyond me. Very disappointed and looks like I'm not alone.
