GBExcellent Customer Service Experience Placed an order and quickly realized I forgot to add an item. Reached out to customer service and QUICKLY got a response. Since I ordered through Facebook I was told I would need to order the additional item from the website and they would refund me the shipping. I did and very soon after I got an email from Kristy (who was awesome) saying they were able to include all the items in one package, it was on its way, and she refunded me the shipping from second purchase. Phenomenal experience and I will be ordering from them again and again and again….

MCBrilliant ! Brilliant !! Ordered shirts for recent game in South of France - was worried re trans-Atlantic delivery. No problem. Asked questions of Customer Service - very responsive and helpful. All arrived spick and span. Will re-order and use again.

NZOur team regularly orders from World… Our team regularly orders from World Rugby Shop. Despite being in the United States their prices are cheaper than ours in NZ. Does what it says on the tin.

AUAvoid and go elsewhere Waste of time. Ordered one thing and sent another as a supplement and took the ball I ordered off the website. Then went on to say it was my fault. Looking at the other unsatisfied customers someone needs to shut this store down. Customer service help line are arrogant and only communicate when they want to.

GBPrice reductions right after purchases I like everything about this site except for when I buy something and then within a couple weeks the price goes down. I would understand after 30 days, but if I buy something and notice a price reduction within 30 days of purchasing an item I would expect a credit of some sort. everything else is good.
