VNSite needs to be more informative for customer Site was difficult to navigate. Once a mistake was made, I had to write to the tech support to change the name on the letter because I couldn't change it on my own. They responded quickly and made the changes immediately. The explanations of the the different packages weren't very clear. I haven't used the letter yet, so I will have to see if it worked for my flight.

COThe post never arrived to destination I needed your help to get my dogs into Colombia. The ID helped, but the documents never arrived into Panama, and now, 1 month later I am in Colombia and don't need them anymore. The tracking number says,'The item is currently in transit to the destination as of October 19, 2017 at 9:07 am.' now we are 16th of November..???

CADoesn't respond, just a pdf Doesn't respond, doesn't give pet registration number it implies it will give to verify the dog. Just gives you a pdf saying you need a ESA.

GBGood luck finding anything The website is always changing and I find it impossible to find where you log in and where my paperwork is. Once I find my paperwork I find it hard to change the 'attention to' at the top.
