The issue comes when you arrive at the airport and the letter is not on a doctor's letterhead as expected but on Therapeutic letterhead. i had to tap dance to get them to accept it.

Had to contact therapetic twice to get the issue resolved. And still, the website is not updating the records. SOmeone needs to check the website and make sure it is running properly. Other than that, all is good. Form letters are great and get the job done.

Good luck finding anything The website is always changing and I find it impossible to find where you log in and where my paperwork is. Once I find my paperwork I find it hard to change the 'attention to' at the top.

I suffer from PTSD and because of your … I suffer from PTSD and because of your sight in a pinch I was able to travel with my dog as a therapy dog on the airplane which made a huge difference because I hate flying. I had just flown to Seattle to pick up my wife's remains as she passed away after a battle with diabetes and having my dog with me really save the day. I'll always love you guys and thanks so much for the easy path, which has been very very difficult up until that point
