Sent the wrong item ... refused to pay return postage .... just cancelled the order ... I ordered an 2 item they advertised got a similar Items for which I have no use , paid $11.55 postage to return the item and they just cancelled the order . Never offered to refund the return postage I requested or supply the the correct items ....BTW they have the worst phone service I have ever experienced - very low volume and so much static noise I could not even carry on a conversation .... I tried repeatedly with same result.

They lost my business They lost my business. My recent pick up experience, the guy was nice but didn't appreciate him smacking the outdoor candy canes off my back door while grabbing handle. Chocolate try I got, one of the chocolates was impossible to eat. I did reach out and got refunded for that. Manager from the store was nice at 1st, then ignored me then wasn't real friendly in his 2nd reply. Seemed not to care about how I felt. Reached out online to customer service and they have yet to answer but doesn't seem like they're going to. Can't stand being ignored by anyone, and when they don't care about my experience.

False advertising First online order from them. There was several items at good clearance prices. Their website said in stock. Placed order and started receiving emails that they were cancelling many of the items because of no inventory. Looked again at website and those items still showed in stock. Called customer service and even emailed customer service. Got the generic we're sorry, but no action to get me those items. I will never order from them again. No concern at all that they are committing false advertising and do not care about return business.

Total corprate lack of customer service Wanted information about why I was not getting my rewards points. Could not get an answer from on-line system. Sent a letter to president and got an email from head of customer service claiming she had answered my question. Total lies.

Farm and Fleet Does not like their loyal customers Farm and fleets customer service is nothing to tell anyone about except stay away from this company They talk a good game but absolutely no action at all I have tried everything to get answers from this company about a warranty issue and no one has been able to speak with me they have the nerve to tell you to keep calling back - in hopes that you might be able to speak with someone only to tell them you entire situation again for the 3rd time I called corporate today after 8 days without a response only to be told all the managers where in meetings but assured me 100% that I would be called back today…here it is 9:37pm without a call I guess I know where the employees learn their bad habits from - it’s there bosses I will never ever step foot into another farm and fleet store as long as I live and my mission is to tell everyone I see or speak too the same message I’m sure I will never hear from them because they can not stand the fact that someone would pursue this as long as I have and the only way to satisfy my request now is to give me what I want at ZERO cost. My family went 8 days without a vehicle. Went elsewhere. Warranty work being completed in one day. On parts purchased at farm and fleet!! Farm and failure is more like it!
