Sent the wrong item ... refused to pay return postage .... just cancelled the order ... I ordered an 2 item they advertised got a similar Items for which I have no use , paid $11.55 postage to return the item and they just cancelled the order . Never offered to refund the return postage I requested or supply the the correct items ....BTW they have the worst phone service I have ever experienced - very low volume and so much static noise I could not even carry on a conversation .... I tried repeatedly with same result.

Pizzazz Rotating Pizza & Toshiba Microwave I ordered the Pizzazz rotating pizza cooker and the Toshiba 1.2 cf stainless steel microwave. Both arrived without damage. Both seem to work well as of today. My only gripe is the company's shipping cost. Other than that, great transaction.

Does not take COVID precaution Blains Farm and Fleet does not enforce customers or staff to wear masks. It is not safe to shop here. When I inquired, the customer service manager said, “We take our direction from corporate—not the state. It’s not our job to police staff and customers.” This was the Elgin Illinois location. Won’t shop at Blains anymore—they don’t care. They actually laughed at us regarding our concerns.

Yardmax model# yb6770 snow blower Bought this to replace my tired single stage snow blower. What this snow blower offers with its hand grip warmers, headlight and cup holder and overall performance, expect to pay hundreds more for a competitors equivalent model. It was fun and fairly easy to assemble. I expect this machine to last for many years but if I do need parts I know Farm and Fleet will have at can get what I need.

Spammers I started to create an account and even had a couple of items in my shopping cart until I found out the outrageous shipping charges. I emptied the cart and didn't even finish providing the info they wanted but, sadly, they kept my email address and continuing sending me emails (at least two per day) even though I unsubscribed. Give them information at your own risk. Beware.
