False advertising First online order from them. There was several items at good clearance prices. Their website said in stock. Placed order and started receiving emails that they were cancelling many of the items because of no inventory. Looked again at website and those items still showed in stock. Called customer service and even emailed customer service. Got the generic we're sorry, but no action to get me those items. I will never order from them again. No concern at all that they are committing false advertising and do not care about return business.

The country canning jars and lids are worthless. The country canning jars and lids are worthless. First half of my large order of pint wide mouth jars were smashed and all broken. There was glass everywhere and I had to clean all the jars from tiny powdery crushed glass. It was a hassle to get replaced and or refunded. So I start my garden grow all summer start my canning, and all the lids failed, buckled up and let water in and my food out into the water. I have a picture of what happened. I called and told them What happened and they offered to do nothing.

stop selling stale items at full price what happened to this business?? They were a successful establishment for 50+ yrs. By the other reviews here & me having same issues, il keep this brief. The shipping & handlings prices fluctuate way too much. 1 month its 7.99 & the next it could be as much as $50 , which is ridiculous. To add insult to injury, the quality of food items has fallen way off. I ordered over $100 worth of pantry items & snacks & the majority was disgustingly stale & expired. Im still waiting on that call back for a refund.
