GBI was able to receive help instantly…I wouldn't stress! I was able to receive help instantly and walk through setup on final completion. Information given made things a lot easier and less frustrating. Thought I was going to walk into a nightmare but this is a piece of cake! The hardest part, just making the time and fill out the basic information needed.

GBDifficult set up… This was the most difficult set up process I have ever been through. We chose you because we have a farming client and will not move other clients here. We had to set up an account just to get a quote, received at least 20 emails and calls regarding start dates (totally unnecessary and annoying). Changing the approver role back to the client was difficult for no reason, and why can't there be multiple approvers. Overall we are not impressed.

GBYour responsiveness could not be worse Your responsiveness could not be worse It has been months that we have been back and forth essentially begging you to let us use your service, while you claim that we have a mismatch between entered information and our IRS records. We do, because your associate Courtney made an error (switching my first and last names), and no one at your organization seems capable of fixing it. The only reason that we are continuing with you at all is because we do not have time - yet - to establish ourselves with another service. We will do so soon, however, as your customer service practices are abysmal.
