Untrustworthy company. Stay away. Big scam. I placed an order on May14, 2023. Today June 26,2023 I was informed my item was delivered on June 10, 2023. I had 27 items ordered, my money was removed and I'm going to plaster everything negative I can about this company taking people's money with intentions on never delivering the goods. I should have know this was a disaster fixing to happen when the prices were so reasonable. Customer service is a big disgusting bag of bull. My bank is now looking into this matter.

Scam Scam. Stay away! Never received. Showing “delivered “, but I have cameras. Claimed they would re-ship….also “delivered”, still nothing. Finally after 4 months, said would refund me. Refunded me only $2.19! Less than 5% value for the order. Lesson learned.

I ordered a few things and it's been… I ordered a few things and it's been over a week and my items still haven't shipped. This is getting ridiculous. Then when you email them, they don't even look into your issue, just tell you it'll be sent soon. Worst experience ever. Note: day 11 after ordering, still hasn't been shipped. I will let it sit through til Tuesday of next week before I cancel. Talked to customer service, still refused to give me a specific reason beyond holiday shipping times.
