Bad product Battery explosive within two days of use and cause defect in my remote control. Battery acid were everywhere, need to purchase new remote for fire stick and company want help, only gave 5 dollars store credit when 12.00 dollars was spent and want help purchase another remote.

Today the fraudulent “tracker” told me order was in mailbox/courtyard …. Nothing. Then I decided to dig in. Fraud. Total fraud. And they have my address name and credit card. Someone who is lawyer should reach out to all of us and get a suit.

Untrustworthy company. Stay away. Big scam. I placed an order on May14, 2023. Today June 26,2023 I was informed my item was delivered on June 10, 2023. I had 27 items ordered, my money was removed and I'm going to plaster everything negative I can about this company taking people's money with intentions on never delivering the goods. I should have know this was a disaster fixing to happen when the prices were so reasonable. Customer service is a big disgusting bag of bull. My bank is now looking into this matter.
