Bad product Battery explosive within two days of use and cause defect in my remote control. Battery acid were everywhere, need to purchase new remote for fire stick and company want help, only gave 5 dollars store credit when 12.00 dollars was spent and want help purchase another remote.

Still no packages to date Still no packages to date. I ordered May 2023 and my packages were to arrive between May 31-June 3, 2023. I have emailed them and the tracking is a joke as well. It takes time to get through customs is what they say however it has been sitting at LAX for over 2 weeks now. Clearly this is a scam company. Had I known I wouldn't have ordered birthday gifts that are well no longer use able since I had to go make purchases in stores. I wonder how many more weeks they will try to scam me before I turn them in and get my card company to get my refund. A couple hundred dollars may not be much to most but it is to me.
