GBDitto to all the negative reviews **UPDATE** After my review I received a reply. You can see below I think. A refund has been posted to my account. Adding a star. Thank you Casabilanka. Ditto to all the negative reviews. Same story here. Ordered Dec. 7, emailed to inquire about my order #4608 the response was “ be more patient” another week passed and I sent another email asking for tracking number & I have had no response. I sent a third email requesting to cancel my order, no response. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute charges.

GBBEWARE OF THIS SCAM BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! I placed a order on 12/10/20 and never received it. I emailed Casabilanka regarding my order and was told that the USPS messed up and lost my order. I replied to get a refund and any information regarding the supposed interaction with the Post Office and never heard back. After countless unanswered emails it is safe to say Casabilanka is a fraudulent site! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

GBThe shipment time was longer than… The shipment time was longer than expected, missed my daughters birthday so had to pick up something else....want to order other items but afraid of time of delivery. Plus carpet came folder, not rolled...NOT GOOD!

GBDo NOT order anything from this… Do NOT order anything from this company. I placed an order in November and never received confirmation of shipping or tracking number. I get no response from my emails and they have NOT refunded my money. *Amazingly, I was finally just refunded the money on Jan. 12. I had placed my order the end of November.

GBWe never got our order placed in… We never got our order placed in December. Service rep Diana Anderson stated was late due to Covid. 3 months later we never received it and they never responded to repeated emails nor would release phone #. I contacted my credit card Company who had Their fraud department research and they gave me credit back to my account.
