Broken products, and high cost to ship I bought cream for my wife. I paid $7 for shipping, but it arrived almost 2 weeks later. When it arrived the cream had seeped out onto the wrapping inside. It's extremely hard to get a refund, and I'm still trying to see if they'll pay me back for buying their garbage. It's an absolutely horrible site. Don't trust them with your business.

Let's buyers scam Let buyer return item due to smoke odor. I don't smoke. Letting a buyer who obviously changed mind return item under false claim. I'll stick with ebay.

1st time buyer on Poshmark Iam a 1st time buyer on Poshmark, i bought my wife a $750 Louis Vuitton purse in March of 2024 from a seller on Poshmark. The purse had to go through the authentication facility at Poshmark HQ. The purse was authenticated and has been waiting pickup by usps. Its been 4 weeks with no update on tracking and very little response from poshmark. They still have no idea where the package is or when its supposed to be shipped or delivered. Ive never dealt with this issue before buying online from other places like ebay or amazon. The customer support from Poshmark was so non existent that I eventually had to create an account on X to get in contact with someone. I will NEVER buy from Poshmark ever again.

I will never buy from this company… I will never buy from this company again. I'll also stop selling there too. After losing money on purchases that either reek of various things, don't work with no option to return. I just bought headphones & one doesn't work. I was out of town when they arrived & thought after years of using poshmark that one has 7 days to accept an item. It turns out you have 72 hrs to report an item or sale final. This is a joke. I wasted $120 plus tax and shipping, money just down the drain. I'd caution anyone using this unless you are ok with this.

Sizing ridiculously wrong Purchased what I thought was a beautiful sleeveless top for $60 in an XS. It arrived and I could wear it as a dress it was so large. I sent a photo and requested a return, however was denied and told sizes vary. I was offered a $10 credit in my account and told I could resell it on Poshmark! Unacceptable!
