Broken products, and high cost to ship I bought cream for my wife. I paid $7 for shipping, but it arrived almost 2 weeks later. When it arrived the cream had seeped out onto the wrapping inside. It's extremely hard to get a refund, and I'm still trying to see if they'll pay me back for buying their garbage. It's an absolutely horrible site. Don't trust them with your business.

BLATANT UNETHICAL DENIAL OF LEGITIMATE RETURN - STOLE MY MONEY WITH NO RECOURSE . AFTER READING MANY OTHER BUYER REVIEWS IT IS CLEAR THAT IT IS A SCAM POSHMARK POLICY TO DENY LEGIT BUYER RETURNS!!! My daughter's CoCo Chanel Watch Stolen by Poshmark I'm actually writing this review for an incident that occurred with my daughter. My daughter since then had an accident that left her with Lance Adam's Syndrome. Anyway back in October of 2019 my daughter was selling a CoCo Chanel watch. Black Ceramic. Well the item sold, then cancelled, sold then cancelled again. I have all documented proof, including buyer address, user name, etc Money was put in my daughter's account twice, and taken back twice. They said the watch was a fake. Now we all know that product is verified before being sold! One of their 10 commandments of selling. Well my daughter never received her watch back! And it is on her profile as SOLD! Now they didn't just once verify the product. It was verified two times. That watch was worth over 40,000 dollars. She was selling it due to getting over someone. She didn't want the reminder. I have been a researcher for 30 years plus. I verified the watch myself. Still to this day, my daughter did not get her watch back. Gladly and thankfully due to a lot of the reviews this year it is finally under investigation! Plus I have screen shots of all activities on this watch. You know just in case they delete her account. The have been reported to BBB, the Federal Credit Bureau, and JDC! Also just today two Ambassadors took over 500.00 out of my daughter's account. Just for watching and bidding. She didn't win the bid. So why the charges! This is ridiculous! But the real ridiculous part is yes they returned the funds to the buyer that cancelled the CoCo Chanel Watch, minus their 20%! Meaning, after taking the funds back, Poshmark made my daughter pay the 20% for both cancellations. Her bank closed her account due to this incident. Just in case this review is never shown, it will be on every social media on the web. It helps being a Public Figure. The word will get out one way or the other. I'm hoping others come forward.

I will never buy from this company… I will never buy from this company again. I'll also stop selling there too. After losing money on purchases that either reek of various things, don't work with no option to return. I just bought headphones & one doesn't work. I was out of town when they arrived & thought after years of using poshmark that one has 7 days to accept an item. It turns out you have 72 hrs to report an item or sale final. This is a joke. I wasted $120 plus tax and shipping, money just down the drain. I'd caution anyone using this unless you are ok with this.

I ordered Rodan&Fields Lashboost from… I ordered Rodan&Fields Lashboost from Poshmark because it was a good deal. I smartly kept my almost empty tube. It arrived in an older Rodan&Fields package and had an entirely different smell and consistency. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything ever again from Poshmark.
