CABloomex USA -Terrible Service I ordered a wine basket for my sisters 50th birthday, with next day delivery as their site indicated same day was not available; next day came and went with no indication my order was delivered; I contacted CS online and by phone who said that the partnered supplier was way more expensive and that my order would be delivered the following Tuesday which was confirmed by 3 different parties; on the weekend I get an email indicate I cancelled my order, which I DID NOT; And just now after I emailed and complained they say they are out of stock. they refunded me but I will not get back my full amount due to exchange rate. This experience and CS was TERRIBLE. They are not even worth 1 star; Bloomex USA did nothing to make things better or offer any credits or my full money back. Be aware this company is not worth it.

GBworst service i made 2 orders on bloomex for the upcoming holidays and both orders didn't arrive when i called they told me its being reviewed and will call you back but no-one ever did call me they runed my holiday, NEVER AGAIN

CAWorst flower delivery experience of my… Worst flower delivery experience of my life! I ordered a sympathy bouquet and after they failed to deliver it I hounded them via email and phone for 9 days until they finally delivered it. It was WAY late and they did NOTHING to make up for it. I asked that they at least upgrade the bouquet but what ended up arriving was smaller than the pretty bouquet I ordered online!!! No one ever accepted responsibility. I had to explain myself OVER and OVER each time - brand new customer service rep each time who seemeed clueless that I had even called before. Will never use them again!!!

IEAppallingly bad service, don't buy from Bloomex. If BloomexUSA is the same Company as Bloomex Canada then my review is for them, it must be because I received this email to write a review. If I could give NO stars at all I would. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful big bouquet of mixed white flowers for a friend in Canada as a remembrance gift to mark the first anniversary of her son's death.The order went through OK. At no time did Bloomex contact me via email to say they could not supply the bouquet. Instead they sent 2 dozen creamy white roses to my friend. The included glass vase was broken. The bouquet I ordered included a silver vase. I filled in on Florist.ca (the original website) the message box but my friend did not receive it, she didn't know who had sent her flowers then she guessed it was me. I asked her to send me photos which she did. I was so angry and upset that she didn't receive the original bouquet which measured approx 31" x 35". It wasn't cheap. I sent and received many emails to/from Florist.ca which changed into Bloomex.ca and other websites.Their messages were confusing and ambiguous, nothing was made clear, in fact I think they were designed to be that way, they scooted around the problem. After about 15 emails back and forth I contacted my bank and sent them email proof and photos and fortunately they made a charge back to this Company. After my bad experience I looked for reviews about them and found that someone had made a special page on Facebook so people could write about their experiences too, most very, very negative and people were so annoyed as many received broken, dead or dying flowers in dirty water and some did not receive any flowers at all. My experience has put me off ordering online flowers from anyone. Bloomex give an appalling service and I advise others to steer well clear of them and find someone more reliable and trustworthy than Bloomex. My bank did give me a refund thankfully. I found the whole experience with Bloomex very stressful, exhausting and time consuming. They even told me that they didn't deliver to the location my friend lived at, so why couldn't they have stated that when I put in her address ? I still feel very angry and upset with them, they don't care about their customers and as some have said on FB, they should be closed down. I agree with that.There was so much more I could write about them, I am usually a very calm and patient person but Bloomex drove me almost round the bend with all the hassle I had with them. What also annoyed me was that they sent my friend what THEY thought she should receive instead of contacting me to say they could not deliver my original order and would I like to choose another bouquet. But I don't think for a minute another alternative bouquet would be the one a customer ordered or chose anyway. Ordinary supermarket floral bouquets would be just as good as those Bloomex send out, if not better and much, much cheaper. I wanted to add another photo to show what I originally ordered for my friend but it doesn't seem to allow that. The photo is what she received. A bit more advice for anyone thinking of buying from Bloomex, read all the reviews first ! I didn't because all my attention was focused on finding lovely flowers for my friend Some reviews are good but most negative.
