GBIf I could give it zero starts I would - Scammy If I could give it zero starts I would. Signed up for a free trial, couldnt find enough things I liked for it to be worth it. Tried to cancel through their website, but they make you call on the phone. I tried email directly, they refused to process the cancelation on the phone. Their phone lines are only open M-F office hours, when I *also* work, and when I took break time to try, couldn't get on the line with anyone. Tried again today, got someone, they made me answer a million questions about different prices I might accept to stay even though I told them flat out I just wanted to cancel. They also won't refund for the month they charged, even though I didn't use the service, AND they won't let you use the month you already paid for unless you call and cancel directly on the day it renews. They'll only cancel if they can take away access for the time you've already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. They're clearly running off making it impossible to cancel without losing a bunch of your time and money.

GBAbsolute Fraud Cancelled the service more than 6 months ago, and they continue to attempt to charge my credit card monthly. Cannot cancel via the site and customer service wouldn't let me cancel. Absolutely awful service.

GBThis company is terrible This company is terrible zero communication. I returned my items when covid hit, and thought I canceled my membership. Today I got an email from a collection agency for over $300. I haven’t heard anything from them via email, mail or phone in 6 months and now they are just ruining my credit.

GBI wish zero stars were an option. I wish zero stars were an option. My daughter tried a free trial and received 2 items she liked. I believed she had purchased them and cancelled. We never received any additional shipments. 4 months later I start getting emails that we owe them over $300. I asked if they could refund the monthly charges, as we clearly had not been using the service! They declined and said instead they would send me to collections if I didn’t pay. This is such a disgusting and predatory service. I’m happy to pay for services/items I receive but to charge when someone clearly isn’t using a service is awful.

GBNot meant for tall people I just received my first Haverdash box and was sorely disappointed. I was very excited to receive it but when I tried on the two sweaters that I ordered they were crop tops. I double-checked the website/models and they must've been wearing EXTREMELY high wasted jeans in the photo. Granted I am 5'11, but these two tops barely touched the middle of my torso. I will be canceling after this month, not only were these tops poorly exampled, but they do not offer Longs in pants. I would rather shop stores directly and spend the money since I know I'll be truly satisfied and not have such a long wait.
