GBCustomer service was great ! My husband and I ordered a blanket for our oldest daughter, Upon getting the blanket we got the wrong item. I contacted customer service right away to let them know of the issue and they responded promptly and said our blanket replacement would be sent. I was worried that it would still be wrong because we changed the wording on the end a bit. We received the replacement exactly as we asked.

GBPlaced an order for Christmas. Poor service Placed an order for Christmas. Ordered December 12th & nothing. It is now Christmas Eve! Emailed 5 times. No response. Probably will file a complaint with my credit card company & order from someplace else.

GBNO RESPONSE I have emailed at least 5 times, wanting to know WHY my order shows it's in NY waiting to be picked up by USPS since DEC 7TH?!!! THEY DON'T REPLY AT ALL, if someone would at least ACKNOWLEDGE the receipt of my email, say you're looking into, something but do NOT ignore me

GBLacking The shirts ordered for the team look okay per the design. The shirt is a bit thin, so I'm sure it will wear out quickly. Since this company doesn't offer customization viewing prior to processing, the 1" letters placed on the front in block stencil is awful in my eyes. The team is already searching for a way to add a larger name across the back, and we just got the package yesterday. In my opinion, not worth the cost.
